Please summon a Meeting of Executive Council for Wednesday next at noon to dispose of this case. Mr Rahman's offence is correctly described by the Chief Justice in the following words,
"For his private ends he both altered the list and delayed its publication - matters which in my opinion cannot be lightly passed over." He has four and a half years service, draws $1164 per annum, and is stated by the Chief Justice to have been "for four years a zealous useful officer of the Court."
